The worst part of the Cap & Trade bill is that it will do nothing but move money around at the expense of the economy. The total amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is tiny, less than .038%. If you could concentrate all the CO2 in an average house, it wouldn't fill up the dishwasher! How is cutting this tiny amount by less than 5% going to affect anything. This is another typical government program, a lot of money wasted without any results.

The CBO forgot to average in the estimated $1.5 Billion in profits that the AlGore household(s) will enjoy from this insanity. That will reduce the (average) cost per US household by an additional $15. That's makes the cost per family (on average) only $160/yr. Wow! Just 3 bucks a week to save the planet! Who could say no to that?

If we just keep increasing the cost of electricity higher and higher, we can get this thing to make a profit for every household in America (on average). We could average in the profits from George Soros's hedge funds bets against the US dollar!

In fact, let's just keep raising the cost of electricity until the "benefit" (on average) is enough to pay every household's mortgage (on average).

Now that's what I call Obama-licious thinking!

The sole purpose of the Congressional Bogus-number Office (CBO) is to generate bogus numbers to match the bald faced lies put out by the two bit crooks in Congress.

In the '86 Tax Act the CBO came out with estimated tax increases for a proposed tax increase. Fifteen years later the IRS published actual tax generated. The result - the CBO's figures were off by over 7000 per cent.
