		<description>H.R. 2454 is definitely bad policy.  Unless other countries, along with the United States, agree to participate in something similar to H.R. 2454 then it will not work.  Anytime, something definite (i.e., increased energy cost, lose of jobs, etc.) is measured against a &quot;suggested, unknown&quot; result then there will be problems.  We are not even sure what the end results of H.R. 2454 will be.  Let your Senators know how you feel.  Visit http://tinyurl.com/klfut8</description>
