		<description>The Proposed Cap and Trade now being disguised as the Kerry-Boxer Senate Trade Bill or the Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act is bad legislation.  This bill needs to die on the Senate floor never to be resurrected again.  If our government can&#039;t figure out ways to include nuclear energy alternatives, while still keeping coal workers working, it is useless.  Coal provides over 50% of our country&#039;s electricity and this bill could potentially raise every American&#039;s electric bill by an additional $1800 per year.  That doesn&#039;t make sense.  Vote note to this legislation and tell your elected officials to do the same.</description>
