Richard W. Fulmer

Senior Fellow

Richard W. Fulmer received a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in 1978. For the last 17 years he has worked as a systems analyst in the energy industry.

Mr. Fulmer is co-author (with Robert L. Bradley Jr.) of Energy: The Master Resource . He also contributed to the textbook, Mastering Cobol (Sybex, 2000) and has written a number of articles for The Freeman, a magazine published by the Foundation for Economic Education.
