Don’t Let the Obama Administration Lock Up 1 Trillion Barrels of Oil

America has more fossil fuel resources than any other country on earth.*  But you would never know it from the Obama administration’s actions. Instead of providing access to the 1 trillion barrels of recoverable oil in oil shale, the administration is stalling and trying to evade the requirements of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which called for the government to provide access to these vast resources.
